Minecraft Circle Generator
Generate accurate Minecraft circle layouts by diameter. Compare thin, thick, filled, and custom outlines, count blocks, and export a PNG blueprint.
Choose a diameter and drawing style to update the blueprint automatically. You can apply an example, then adjust its dimensions.
Circle examples
Try a diameter-21 thin outline (one center block), a diameter-20 thin outline (centered between four blocks), or a filled diameter-21 circle for a floor or plaza. Examples change the diameter and drawing style.
How to Build a Circle in Minecraft
Generate a top-down block layout for circular floors, plazas, and tower foundations. Compare outline styles while keeping the same outside diameter and check the required block count before building.
- Set the circle diameter. Odd values have one center block; even values center between four blocks.
- Choose a thin, thick, filled, or custom outline and review the 2D blueprint.
- Build one quarter at a time around the center lines to avoid counting mistakes.
- Export a full-resolution PNG blueprint for use while building.
Tips for Smooth Circles
- Match an odd or even diameter to the center of your build site.
- Thin uses the minimum outline; thick fills diagonal corners; custom lets you choose wall thickness.
- Filled circles suit floors and roofs; hollow circles suit walls and frames. The required block count above the blueprint is the material total. Stack counts use groups of 64 and update with the outline or fill settings.
- What does the diameter measure?
- It is the number of blocks from one outside edge to the opposite outside edge. The radius is half the diameter: for a radius of 10, set a diameter of 20.
- Does a thicker outline change the outside diameter?
- No. Thickness is added toward the inside.
- Can I use this in Java and Bedrock Edition?
- Yes. The blueprint is edition-independent block placement.
